- It does not tell you what to claim, what to do, or how a court will decide.
- It does not assess whether an order has been breached, whether an amount is fair, or what your rights are.
- When the Record answers a question, it says what the record shows and lists the entries it used. If the record has nothing on a topic, it says so.
- If you ask the Record for advice, it will decline and suggest you ask your attorney, and it will show you what the record contains on that topic.
- Documents such as the court pack, the arrears statement and the breach report are compilations of what was entered. They are not legal documents in themselves. Ask your attorney how they may be used.
